Senior Product Manager I (Enterprise Jobs/Scheduling)

📋 Description

• Define product vision and strategy for your focus area, aligning market opportunities with business
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and synthesize customer feedback to inform
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to validate and execute impactful
• Guide user flow design and wireframing while partnering with go-to-market teams on positioning
• Lead roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning for distributed engineering
• Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure feature success and product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience with large enterprise organizations and complex functional requirements
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, lifecycle management, and UX principles
• Experience with product analytics and growth stack tools (Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through AI tools and automation
