📋 Description

• Lead product strategy for Internal Ops at ClassPass
• Focus on automation, AI-enabled workflows, and internal tooling
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to reduce OpEx and improve efficiency
• Balance automation bets with tooling improvements and reliability
• Translate research and data into a prioritized roadmap
• Own cross‑functional rollouts, training, and launch measurements

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product manager with internal/operational product experience
• Experience turning pain points into measurable bets and roadmaps
• Background with complex internal systems and SaaS tools
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, data, and execs
• Proven track record in OpEx savings, automation, or AI products
• 4+ years PM experience in internal tools or operations platforms
