Own roadmap, define agent behavior, run evaluations, and guide phased rollout
Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions and frame AI tradeoffs for executives
Frame problems, hypotheses, and deliver production-grade AI solutions
Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

5+ years product management with hands-on AI features shipping experience
Deep AI fluency and prototyping ability
Ability to operate in non-deterministic, enterprise-scale environments
Experience defining AI product roadmaps, goals, and metrics
Strong communication for executive audiences; ability to frame AI tradeoffs
Experience with AWS AI services and modern AI tooling
