Senior Product Manager - New Bets

📋 Description

• Own new bets end to end, from conviction to evidence and metrics.
• Frame problems, size prize, prototype, and test with clinicians.
• Prototype fast using AI tools and guides product direction with data.
• Engage in real-clinician feedback loops and pilot design with commercial teams.
• Make scale-or-kill decisions and own the narrative with founders and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product, strategy, operations, or founding team.
• Proven track record shipping real products or tools used by users.
• Analytical mindset to size markets and turn ambiguous problems into models.
• Ability to define kill criteria and act on them; bias to ship.
• Experience building with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and translating AI concepts into user
• Strong communication and collaboration with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
