📋 Description

• Own product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for modernization initiatives.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans; lead discovery through execution and go-to-market.
• Modernize legacy platforms; migrate complex workflows; scale digital solutions.
• Partner with UX researchers and designers to apply user-centered design.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate discovery, automate docs, and analyze behavior.
• Define and monitor product metrics, OKRs, adoption, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, design, or related; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of professional PM experience with outcomes ownership.
• Proven ability to define long-term product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong experience defining product metrics for OKRs and adoption.
• Expertise in platform modernization and legacy-system transformation.
• UX-focused with ability to partner with UX/UI designers/researchers.
