📋 Description

• Build and expand fiat payments with providers and banks.
• Productize payments: eWallet, tokenized, crypto-to-fiat for partners.
• Collaborate on user journeys and backend flows for orders, settlement and reconciliation.
• Own payment conversion rate metrics.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance and external partners to scale efficiently.
• Assist external clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Philippines banking, fintech and payments landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, STEM or business/finance/economics preferred.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails from frontend to settlement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data to back up assumptions.
• Strong communicator and able to collaborate with engineering, lawyers, compliance, sales and partners.
• Insatiably curious with entrepreneurial drive.
