Senior Product Manager, Payments

📋 Description

• Own the payments platform end-to-end, moving $4M+ daily to experts globally
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and leadership to ship products
• Balance long-term strategy with rapid execution to manage trust and costs
• Own payouts, disbursement, ledgers, and currency coverage
• Define specs, dashboards, and PRDs to unblock engineering
• Partner with finance, compliance, ops, and support to ship quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, payouts or disbursements経験
• Depth in payout rails, ledgers, reconciliation, FX, KYC, tax/compliance
• High ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Independent, able to operate in ambiguity
• Technical fluency to build MVPs and read code to unblock engineering
• User-focused with strong stakeholder collaboration
