📋 Description

• Lead ideation, development, and launch of features
• Create PRDs (product requirement documents)

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM experience, fintech/blockchain/DeFi preferred
• Proven track record launching and scaling products in fast-paced envs
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
