📋 Description

• Lead strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Lending Originations journeys or capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Fraud, Marketing, Operations
• Balance growth targets with risk, regulatory, and member needs to improve application completion
• Scope, validate, and launch new Lending Originations features and capabilities; monitor impact and
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of core product management experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record launching customer-facing products with measurable business impact.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, lending, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
• Data-driven with experience in experimentation, funnel analysis, product analytics, and performance
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills; able to influence without
• Ability to balance customer needs with risk, regulatory, and operational considerations
