Senior Product Manager (Risk & Fraud)

📋 Description

• Own and evolve product roadmap for account management, authentication, authorization, security
• Lead MFA, reCAPTCHA, OAuth2, SSO, SAML, identity integrations, RBAC, subscriptions, usage limits
• Define strategies for payment security across checkout, fraud rules, 3-D Secure, and SCA.
• Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to reduce friction while strengthening fraud protection.
• Prioritize initiatives balancing conversion, fraud exposure, compliance, and operational costs.
• Deliver products from discovery to release and optimization with measurable success criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fraud/risk with hands-on fraud prevention for high-volume products.
• Strong fraud patterns knowledge: account takeover, chargebacks, device/behavior signals, rules
• Deep authentication/authorization knowledge: MFA, SSO, OAuth2, enterprise identities, RBAC.
• Proven PM experience: roadmap ownership, prioritization, experimentation, end-to-end delivery.
• Data-driven with funnels, KPIs, ROI models, and trade-offs between conversion and loss.
• Excellent communication; able to influence cross-functional teams globally.
