📋 Description

• Define and drive multi-year product strategy and roadmap across DevOps, backup/archive
• Identify opportunities in Salesforce ecosystem for new product categories or market share.
• Translate Salesforce architecture, metadata, deployment models, security, Agentforce, Data Cloud
• Lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities: intelligent deployment agents, AI-assisted code review
• Define extensibility to build AI-powered workflows securely within Salesforce.
• Develop governance for autonomous AI agents and AI-driven workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management in B2B SaaS, incl. 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem or related tech.
• Deep Salesforce tech: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging
• Proven track record launching products adopted by enterprise customers (Fortune 500 or regulated).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, security, compliance, or governance technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce competitive landscape; ability to assess solutions strategically.
• Clear view on how AI/ML (Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform development
