Senior Product Manager - Self service cloud

📋 Description

• Define vision/roadmap for self-service cloud growth (onboarding, trials, activation)
• Partner with engineering to prioritize investments and timelines
• Align with Observability, Security, and Enterprise Search on onboarding flows
• Drive onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention for self-service customers
• Gather feedback from customers and trial users on the trial experience
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on positioning and brand awareness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products
• Strong background in Product Led Growth
• Experience with self-service cloud services and self-service trials
• Data-driven approach to product decisions with adoption/analysis experience
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration
