Senior Product Manager - Special Projects

📋 Description

• Tremendous is a remote platform for sending payouts globally to recipients worldwide.
• Own problems, not squads. Lead one or two high-priority projects from discovery to shovel-ready
• Build and prioritize roadmaps, then staff or hand off initiatives as needed.
• Conduct research, write briefs, and create prototypes for cross-functional teams.
• Use AI and data to inform decisions and ship fast, async where possible.
• Operate end-to-end on projects small enough for one or two engineers and a designer.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building/shipping web applications or managing product initiatives at tech companies.
• Experience turning ambiguous opportunities into prioritized roadmaps.
• Strong written communication and ability to persuade senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable owning a portfolio and driving initiatives without a dedicated team.
• Founding PM or first-product-hire experience is a plus.
