Senior Product Manager, Underwriting

📋 Description

• Lead complex product initiatives across underwriting from problem to launch
• Partner with clients and underwriters to shape platform capabilities
• Use AI tools and agentic workflows throughout discovery to stakeholder prep
• Translate carrier requirements and regulatory constraints into product specs
• Develop roadmaps balancing near-term needs with long-term vision
• Mentor junior PMs and share AI-enabled workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years in product management
• Hands-on life insurance experience, underwriting context
• Familiar with underwriting toolkit: evidence, APS, lab data, carrier guidelines
• Experience building for expert users; fast, accurate decisions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
