Develop tooling to upgrade on-prem customers to the Delinea Platform.
Own roadmaps for Secret Server and PAM capabilities.
Translate customer needs into product requirements and use cases.
Collaborate with engineering and UX on PAM workflows: vaulting, session mgmt, approvals, auditing
Prioritize backlog: new features, security, strategic investments.
Support sales/marketing with roadmap updates and demos.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s a plus.
5+ years in Agile Product Management; startup founder experience a plus.
Experience with IT systems (on-prem and cloud).
Cybersecurity, IAM concepts knowledge.
Experience building and delivering SaaS.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
