Senior Product Manager - Working Capital

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally
• Drive the full credit product lifecycle: eligibility, offer, underwriting, disbursement
• Partner with Data Science and Risk to shape models and pricing
• Lead geographic and currency expansion and deepen marketplace integrations
• Define the north-star metrics and run experiments to move them
• Collaborate across Data, Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and GTM to translate strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong 6+ years of experience delivering fintech, lending, or platform products end-to-end
• Proven ability to ship data-driven products in collaboration with Data Science and Risk
• Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and API design
• Experience with NBFC/SMB embedded lending, working capital, SME credit, or invoice/receivables
• Experience scaling products from growth to maturity and standing up partner/marketplace platforms
• Experience leading cross-functional squads in Agile environments
