Senior Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Senior PMM leading positioning, launches, and sales enablement for a high-growth platform expanding
• Own brand, messaging, and GTM strategy; report to revenue leadership and lead a team of 3.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and accelerate growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel and in-person collaboration in SF with relocation/visa support for the right
• Work alongside founders and industry veterans to shape the next chapter for Workstream.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-10 years in product marketing or PMM/growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Founder energy; bias toward action; comfortable leading initiatives from concept to execution.
• Commercial mindset with pipeline influence and comfort talking to sales.
• Experience with SMB/human resources/payroll domains is a plus; AI-native mindset preferred.
• Based in SF or willing to relocate to SF; in-office 4 days/week.
