Senior Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Position Workstream messaging across website, decks, and sales calls.
• Lead GTM launches for new products including AI assistant and payroll suite.
• Own sales enablement assets: battlecards, ROI narratives, proof materials.
• Collaborate with product and design to refine positioning and narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-10 years in product marketing or growth/PMM roles in B2B SaaS.
• Founder energy; bias toward action; former founders welcome.
• Commercially minded; measure success by pipeline and deals won.
• AI-native mindset; comfortable with AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll a plus.
• Willingness to be based in SF and relocate to Lehi; travel as needed.
