• IaC tools: Terraform, OpenTofu, Helm; Kubernetes; CI/CD
• SRE practices and observability (incidents, budgets, metrics/logs/traces)
• Ability to translate tech into business impact narratives
• Experience with market research and GTM strategy development
• Comfortable engaging with engineers, architects, and senior tech leaders
