Senior Product Marketing Manager, Freshservice

📋 Description

• Own the go-to-market for Freshservice ITSM/ESM products.
• Lead launches from strategy through execution with cross-functional teams.
• Develop messaging to help customers understand value of Freshservice.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, CS and PR to drive pipeline.
• Shape market narrative with Analyst Relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
• Measure and refine launch performance and positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS product marketing.
• End-to-end product launch ownership.
• Strong written/verbal skills to distill ITSM/AI concepts into value messages.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing.
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution across priorities.
• Experience selling to IT decision-makers for IT ops products.
