Senior Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a program area and scale Product Operations capabilities across R&D.
• Partner with leaders to improve planning, prioritization, and portfolio clarity.
• Define strategy and roadmap for a program or operating capability.
• Execute large cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
• Define and monitor operational health metrics and convert friction points into action.
• Own horizontal Product Operations capabilities: process design, governance, standards, workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or related function supporting software product
• Experience owning a program area and leading cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Expertise defining processes, governance, and workflows to improve execution.
• Ability to generate insights from stakeholders, delivery signals, metrics, and qualitative research.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; align stakeholders on tradeoffs and next steps.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related planning/reporting tools in a scaled environment.
