Senior Product Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own Mercury's Product Launch Program and improve launch workflows and reviews.
• Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program and evolve development experiences.
• Build and own PM onboarding to help hires ramp quickly.
• Drive Product Culture programming across multiple teams and events.
• Drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, Communications, Recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or
• Track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Strong systems thinking and repeatable operating mechanisms for scale.
• Desire to improve and simplify programs, reducing friction.
• Excellent judgment in ambiguity; translate high-level objectives into plans.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple initiatives and high quality.
