Senior Product & Regulatory Counsel - Investment Products

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary legal advisor for investment product offerings, supporting the full product
• Advise product teams on new features, customer communications, disclosures, marketing materials
• Partner with compliance, risk, engineering, and operations to integrate legal expertise into
• Support regulatory compliance by interpreting requirements, evaluating approaches, and preparing
• Provide guidance on investment product regulations, including securities laws, advisory
• Collaborate to develop scalable processes balancing regulatory obligations with strong customer

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience, including at least 2 years focused on non-deposit investment products.
• Strong knowledge of investment-related regulatory frameworks (Investment Advisers Act, Securities
• Experience advising on financial products, fintech platforms, brokerage services, or similar
• In-house experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with regulatory agencies or regulated financial services is plus.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
