Senior Product & Regulatory Counsel - Investment Products

📋 Description

• Serve as primary legal advisor for investment products across lifecycle
• Advise on features, disclosures, marketing, and ops with regulatory impact
• Partner with compliance, risk, engineering, and operations
• Support regulatory compliance and interactions with authorities
• Provide guidance on securities laws and related regs
• Translate complex concepts into actionable guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years legal experience, 2+ in non-deposit investment products
• Strong knowledge of Investment Advisers Act, Securities Act, IC Act
• Experience with fintech platforms, brokerage, or similar
• In-house experience preferred but not required
• Regulatory agency experience a plus
• Excellent communication for technical and exec audiences
