Senior Product Safety Engineer

📋 Description

• Senior product safety engineer with IEC 62368-1 or IEC 61010-1 knowledge.
• Lead project scoping, quoting, reports, and client communications.
• Support sales and customers; participate in product reviews and testing.
• Read schematics; identify test instruments; set up test plans.
• Perform core tests: power input, leakage, dielectric, temperature, IP, and more.
• Manage multiple projects; may work from home when not in lab.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree – Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of product safety experience with IEC 62368-1 & IEC 61010-1.
• IEC 60335-1 is a plus; able to review projects as technical reviewer.
• Travel up to 20%; able to visit client sites; valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
