🎯 Requirements

7+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
Creative sourcing experience on multiple platforms and channels.
Proven success partnering with senior PM or Engineering leaders on niche searches.
Comfort in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches.
Data-driven and process-oriented mindset; identify bottlenecks and improvements.
Candidate-first philosophy; balances speed, quality, and experience.
