Senior Product Sustenance Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues and customer-reported incidents.
• Handle user access management and data management requests.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Product Management, Infrastructure, and Customer Support teams.
• Analyze application logs, SQL data, and system behaviour to identify root causes.
• Write SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce incident volume and improve product stability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product sustenance or production support (mid-senior level).
• Proficient in writing SQL queries for data analysis and issue investigation.
• Experience with observability/logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk or similar).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, file-based and service integrations.
• Experience with data import/export, data validation, and cross-system data verification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
