Senior Product Sustenance Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues and incidents.
• Handle user access and data management requests (import, update, migration).
• Coordinate with Dev, Infra, Network teams for troubleshooting.
• Utilize observability tools like Grafana for troubleshooting and alerts.
• Analyze application logs and SQL data to identify root causes.
• Write SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years in product sustenance/support.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation.
• Experience with logs, SQL scripts, and system diagnostics.
• Knowledge of SDLC, release, and incident management processes.
• Familiar with Grafana, Kibana, Splunk or similar monitoring/logging tools.
• Experience with REST APIs, file-based and service integrations.
