📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery through design, deployment, validation, and
• Design and deploy Zero Trust Cloud and Cloud Connector solutions for cloud workloads
• Utilize Terraform and IaC to build scalable deployments and deliver SOW-aligned artifacts
• Lead technical workshops, deployment planning, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge-transfer
• Travel to customer locations for short-term engagements and broaden expertise across the Zscaler

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical versatility across cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
• Hands-on experience with Terraform / IaC, Git, CI/CD, and network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark
• Experience with Cloud Connector or similar cloud-based traffic inspection technologies; familiarity
• Experience designing and implementing Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform solutions for AWS
• Strong customer-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration
