📋 Description

• Lead or participate in customer engagements and large global rollouts.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, Adoption Monitoring.
• Support sales with complex scoping and articulate Wrike value.
• Maintain client records and milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and others.
• Ensure successful engagements and track critical success metrics.
• Advocate for customers and influence Wrike product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in project management; certifications (Agile, PMI, Lean) a plus.
• Ability to map complex processes to clear goals for Wrike implementation.
• Strong change management expertise and industry knowledge (Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and present digital transformation options.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales for ongoing PS support.
