Senior Professional Services Consultant - German

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor professional services engagements for Wrike customers.
• Onboard customers end-to-end: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, Adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales on complex scoping and value proof points.
• Maintain client records and milestones in Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Represent the DACH region with German language fluency.
• Coordinate cross-functional hand-offs to ensure smooth project closure.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project management, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Formal certifications in Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.
• Ability to understand complex processes and define clear goals.
• Strong change management knowledge; industry domain in Marketing/Creative, IT, or PMO.
• Experience discussing technical options and digital transformation strategies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; executive stakeholder alignment.
