📋 Description

• Lead customer engagements and participate in global rollouts.
• Drive end-to-end onboarding: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, Adoption.
• Assist sales with complex scoping and value demonstrations.
• Maintain client records and milestones in Wrike, Salesforce, and others.
• Ensure successful engagements and meet key success metrics.
• Advocate for customers and influence product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting/customer-facing roles.
• PM/Agile/Lean certs a plus; strong change management skills.
• Deep understanding of one industry/segments (Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, PMO).
• Ability to discuss technical options and drive digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Sales to evolve account plans for ongoing PS support.
• Excellent verbal/presentation/written communication across levels.
