📋 Description

• Lead customer engagements or co-lead large global rollouts.
• Own end-to-end onboarding: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, Adoption.
• Support sales with complex scoping; present Wrike value.
• Track client records and milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Ensure successful engagements and meet critical success metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate for customer needs in product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting and customer-facing roles.
• Project management experience; certifications (Agile, PMI, Lean) a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and define goals for Wrike implementation.
• Strong change management knowledge; deep industry expertise (e.g., Marketing/Creative, IT
• Comfort with technical discussions and presenting transformation options.
• Collaborate with Sales to evolve account plans with ongoing professional services.
