📋 Description

• Deliver production-ready Temporal implementations by co-building initial workflows with customer
• Implement and teach production-safe workflow patterns, including retries, timeouts, heartbeats
• Identify and remove early activation blockers before they escalate
• Help customers stand up and operate Temporal Server in production, including self-hosted
• Define worker deployment, scaling, and operational guardrails, including upgrade strategy, failure
• Establish observability and reliability standards with metrics, alerts, and dashboards for

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering and operating production systems where reliability matters
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, failure modes, and safety
• Hands-on coding in Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience deploying/operating production services in cloud or self-hosted environments
• Ability to design operational standards, including on-call readiness, runbooks, and capacity
• Comfort working directly with customers in high-stakes moments
