Senior Professional Services Engineer - Implementation and Onboarding

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex onboarding and implementation packages from kickoff to handover.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues and
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers design and implement Cortex setups.
• Collaborate with engineers, platform teams, PMs, leadership, and CTOs to align on solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Professional Services, Technical Consulting
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems (CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers
• Comfort with JSON and YAML; Python, SQL, and scripting a plus.
