📋 Description

• Senior Professional Services Engineer delivering production-ready Temporal implementations with
• Work with cloud and self-hosted environments to ensure dependable workflows
• Lead workshops and training to enable customer engineers to operate safely and independently
• Define deployment, scaling, guardrails, upgrade strategy, and capacity planning
• Establish observability standards with metrics, alerts, and dashboards for workflows and Temporal
• Create templates, runbooks, and documentation to improve delivery quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering and operating production systems with reliability and incident response
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, failure modes, scaling tradeoffs, and operational
• Hands-on coding in Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience deploying/operating production services in cloud or self-hosted environments
• Ability to design operational standards including on-call readiness, runbooks, and capacity planning
• Comfort working with customers in high-stakes delivery moments and navigating ambiguity
