Senior Program Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide senior-level program analysis and mission support to NGB DOMOPS leadership
• Analyze operational requirements, mission priorities, and program objectives to support informed
• Develop executive-level briefings, reports, dashboards, decision papers, and other leadership
• Support program planning, execution tracking, risk management, and performance reporting activities
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, military organizations, federal agencies, and external
• Monitor program milestones, deliverables, action items, and operational requirements to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, management, emergency management
• 10+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense, National Guard, federal, homeland
• 8+ years of experience performing program analysis, strategic planning, operational support, or
• Demonstrated experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and decision-support
• Experience coordinating across multiple government organizations, military commands, and
