📋 Description

• Define and maintain the governance framework for the Partner Program CoE.
• Own the exception management process with documented decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, Channel Ops, and Sales.
• Define readiness criteria and cadence across programs.
• Define compliance standards across partner program elements.
• Provide governance health reports to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in channel programs, partner ops, or tech compliance.
• Experience building governance frameworks and compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of channel program structures and exception management.
• Exceptional attention to detail with auditable policies.
• Strong process orientation; create structure without bureaucracy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Channel Ops, Sales.
• Strong written communication; produce clear program documentation.
