Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead matrixed cross-functional teams for process development, manufacturing, QA/QC across multiple
• Manage site transfers, lifecycle projects for Oncology biologics programs on time and within budget.
• Coordinate tech transfer and capacity/assurance of supply post-launch across the network.
• Present project status to Operations senior management and stakeholders.
• Define program plans, budgets, and risk mitigation across functional lines.
• Drive contingency planning and prioritization among competing projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science or related field; 10+ years in process development, project
• Strong GMP Manufacturing knowledge; experience with CMC regulatory development and pharma
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication; PMP certification is a plus.
• Must have plant experience; multi-language proficiency is a plus.
