Forecast Go Live dates to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Liaise with local HSP experts; maintain relationships and communication.
Act as SPOC for customers; lead recurring status update calls.
Ensure smooth handovers to BAU operations.
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Ops to drive global initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s in business or related field.
5+ years of program/project management experience.
Stakeholder management and Change Management expertise.
Proven experience leading and managing teams.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Payroll, Accounting, EOR, Entity Management; ADP Solutions.
