Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• The PSO team drives operational readiness and scalable execution across onboarding, product
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring launches are on time and stakeholders stay
• Embed repeatable program management standards across PSO and partner teams to enable scale.
• Partner with Ops, Product, Engineering, Growth, and others to translate product requirements into
• Own governance, risk management, and status reporting for complex programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience strongly preferred.
• 6+ years in program/project management or related roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience working across Operations, Product, Engineering, Growth, Data, and Knowledge
• Technical fluency to bridge business and engineering teams and drive prioritization.
