📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex Enterprise Technology and AI programs
• Define scope, roadmaps, resources, and delivery tracking
• Establish success metrics, regular reporting to senior leadership
• Partner with business/tech stakeholders to clarify problems and outcomes
• Drive alignment across distributed teams; manage dependencies
• Improve governance, intake, operating models, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of program management, large-scale Enterprise Tech & AI
• Simplify complex processes, structure ambiguous problems, drive outcomes
• Influence without authority; align Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Tech
• Strategic and execution-level capabilities; executive communication
• Excellent written/spoken communication for exec audiences
• Familiar with enterprise tech domains (business systems, data, AI, security)
