📋 Description

• Coordinate across partners and internal teams to enable Stellar integration
• Lead software/product development activities from launch to delivery
• Own partner roadmaps and drive multiple partner success
• Host partner meetings with technical and business stakeholders
• Manage dependencies and blockers across teams
• Measure program performance against OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development program management in financial services
• Comfort with APIs, integration flows, system dependencies
• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto concepts
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel (Americas/Europe) and startup mindset
