Senior Program Manager, People Operations

📋 Description

• Own Leave of Absence program end-to-end across laws
• Lead LOA lifecycle with Sparrow platform
• Maintain and improve leave administration processes
• Monitor evolving leave laws; update policies accordingly
• Partner with Payroll for pay continuation and benefits
• Support other People Ops workstreams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in People Operations; 3–4 years on LOA/accommodations
• Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, PDL, PFL
• Experience handling high-volume LOA and accommodation cases
• Strong Workday HCM experience
• Builder’s instinct; question and improve processes
• Excellent written/verbal communication; translate compliance clearly
