📋 Description

• Lead development and delivery of UAV systems and capabilities.
• Serve as link between engineering, logistics, sustainment, operations, subcontractors, and finance.
• Manage cross-functional teams in R&D and deployment of hardware/software solutions.
• Drive disciplined execution to ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure customer/end-user mission success through flawless program management.
• Drive timely budget/resource tracking and reporting for the program.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience for DoD programs.
• Lead multi-project programs that are largely self-directed.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Excellent leadership, time management, organization, and team management skills.
• Expert understanding of complex project financials.
