Responsible for the contract drawings from start to finish.
Working with the Project Manager, prepares a projection of the project's schedule and deadlines.
Oversees clash management on complex project types.
Provides construction administration services (Site visits, review shop drawings, etc.).
Responsible for local, county, state, and federal project code searches and analysis.
Represents WM at jurisdiction public design review or development approval meetings in the absence

🎯 Requirements

15+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
Experience in a project architect role, or equivalent that maintains AIA, NCARB, ADA, CASp, LEED
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Thorough knowledge of building codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
