Senior Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate site activation from selection through activation
• Prepare investigator sites for clinical trials with doc tracking
• Establish activation timelines with sites and stakeholders
• Serve as a key contact for clinical sites during start-up
• Collaborate with PMs, CTMs, CRAs, and Site Selection teams
• Maintain eTMF and study documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research or related field
• 2+ years as a Project Coordinator in biotech/pharma/CRO
• Site Start-Up experience in global/multi-regional env
• GCP knowledge; familiarity with Health Canada and FDA regs
• Strong English; French or other language is a plus
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
