Senior Project Delivery Specialist, APAC

📋 Description

• Manage high-visibility, multi-stakeholder projects across mobile connectivity and software
• Coordinate internal/external delivery to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Interface with mobile networks, vendors, suppliers, and service partners across markets.
• Govern projects with robust governance, risk management, and status reporting.
• Coordinate regulatory, Legal, Product, and Engineering efforts for cross‑functional needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in enterprise software deployment and integration project management.
• Minimum 3 years in mobile telecommunications projects.
• Strong knowledge of eSIM, roaming concepts, and use cases.
• End-to-end PM experience: scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and reporting.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
• Vendor and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
