Senior Project Engineer

📋 Description

• The Sr. Project Engineer owns coordination, readiness, and follow-through for assigned scopes
• Works with Construction Managers and CSA, MEP, BTM/Substation/BESS teams to drive closure and
• Bridges project controls and construction management to reduce leadership blind spots and
• Mentors Project Engineers and improves coordination discipline across the team.
• Owns coordination outcomes, mentorship, and process improvement to prepare for field accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or
• 4+ years in construction, project engineering, or project controls; experience representing an
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders on large-scale, fast-tracked projects.
• Strong judgment on escalation, prioritization, and issue framing.
• Advanced proficiency with Procore (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with
