📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Industrial AI projects from kickoff to value realization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Translate objectives into measurable success metrics.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and customer outcomes.
• Drive adoption, change management, and customer value realization.
• Contribute to delivery practices with PMO playbooks and lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering complex software/SaaS/enterprise projects.
• Experience with industrial digital transformation programs.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen: forecasting, profitability.
• Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Life Sciences.
